• Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed
• Rush orders may incur additional fees

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original artwork. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. You must have the legal right to use any artwork submitted for digitizing.

Revisions and Refunds

• We offer reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Completed work that meets specifications is non-refundable

Limitation of Liability

Precision Digitizing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
